Nathan Turner

Nathan Turner is the Yeppoon-based Joint Director and General Manager of the L&F Group. 

As General Manager, Nathan leads the L&F group in planning, organising, directing and overseeing day-to-day operations.

Nathan oversees a team of 50 plus staff across the operations, health, safety, environmental, human resources, business development, finances and marketing teams.

He works across all arms of the L&F Group including; Passenger Transport, Fleet Hire, Fleet Maintenance and tourism assets; Northern Conquest Charters. The L&F Group have depots in Blackwater, Emerald, Gin Gin and Charters Towers.

Nathan is responsible for the overseeing the day to day management of the administration functions and the implementation and operation of the Health, Safety & Environment Management System across all parts of the L&F Group.

Nicole looks after planning, directing, managing, coordinating and supervising the purchase, assignment, utilisation, maintenance, repair, replacement and disposal of our 80 strong fleet vehicles.

Native to central Queensland, Nicole brings a wealth of asset management experience working with local government to her role at L&F Group.

James Palmes
Bus & Coach Transfer Operations Manager

James manages the day-to-day operations of our L&F Transfers buses and coaches across our five depots. Never in one spot for long, James is kept busy working across L&F Transfers bus and coach rostering, daily bus movement, liaising with our clients, running driver training and recruiting the drivers to get our clients where they need to be. If you look carefully you might even see James jumping into the driver's seat of one of our buses!  

James is central Queensland local with over 20 years experience in transport including 10 years working with major bus companies across the state.
